I was so happy to have someone listen to me, making me feel like there was hope to get my bills under control. I had never been delinquent on my bills but then with increased interest rates and payment amounts going up I was lost. For example, my bill consolidation with Chase went from a few hundred dollars a month to $1100.00 a month minimum payment. That was late last year and it was then that I had the feeling this was not going to go well. That was what brought me to you, my mother and sister had heard of you and said you were honest. It was so nice to speak to an informed and empathetic counselor (Richard and Dan). When I have contacted the various credit companies they were rude and hostile. We were caught up in this credit crisis because of medical concerns and they were still rude.
