American Consumer Credit Counseling And Boston Brain Tumor Society Raised Over $500,000 At 5K Walk In Boston

Leading non-profit debt management organization contributed to the fight against brain tumors with sponsorship and team fundraising

Brain Tumor Society Walk In BostonOn Saturday October 13th, hundreds of walkers raised over $500,000 to support the National Brain Tumor Society at the 3rd Annual Boston Brain Tumor Walk. For the second consecutive year American Consumer Credit Counseling served as a leading sponsor of the event, which took place at Carson Beach in South Boston.

In addition to the sponsorship, 32 members of ACCC’s staff participated in the walk as part of the Amazing Counselors Conquering Cancer walk team. ACCC won the Top Corporate Fundraiser award, raising nearly $16,000 through office fundraising initiatives, raffles, and individual donations.

“The walk was an extraordinary day and brought the community together to raise money for a great organization and support those affected by brain tumors,” said Steven R.
