Full-time opportunities
Full-time Bankruptcy Counselor
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday through Friday; some Saturdays
Representative duties:
- Fielding incoming bankruptcy calls
- Providing program information, budget and bankruptcy counseling over the phone
- Following up on online applicants
- Assisting users with technical questions on bankruptcy website
Requirements include:

A minimum of one year of phone-based customer service experience required;
- Excellent computer and internet skills required (must be comfortable responding to basic web related questions over the phone);
- College degree preferred;
- Credit-related experience preferred;
- Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but are not required.
Full-time Credit Counselor
40+ hours per week Monday - Friday; Must be able to work one Saturday per month
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Fielding incoming calls
- Providing program information, budget and credit counseling over the phone
- Following up on online applicants-- no cold calls!
Requirements include:
- Credit-related experience;
- Phone-based customer service experience;
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently;
- College degree, or equivalent experience
FT Disbursements Analyst
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday through Thursday; 8am-4pm Fridays
Representative Duties:
Responsible for performing all tasks associated with the disbursement of client funds (i.e. Money Order, Electronic Fund Transfers, Western Union). Interaction with clients and banks via telephone, fax, e-mail, and Internet Chat-line.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required; 4 year college degree preferred
- At least one year of customer service and data entry experience required (phone-based customer service experience strongly preferred); Ability to interact in a team environment. Finance related experience preferred.
Part-time opportunities
Part-time Credit Counselor, Evenings and some Saturdays
- Hours: Must be able to work at least 20+ hours per week; Flexible schedule
- Representative Duties: Fielding incoming calls; Providing program information, budget and credit counseling over the phone; Following up with online applicants
- Requirements: A minimum of one year+ of related customer service experience required; Phone based customer service experience preferred; Credit or banking experience preferred
