Bilingual Client Service Representative – Full Time

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm; Friday 8am-4pm

As an ACCC Client Service Representative you will:
- Answer incoming ACD calls from clients and creditors relating to ACCC’s services
- Log into Chat on a daily basis in order to answer clients questions (Client Services and Counseling).
- Resolve client issues via a Daily Issues Report within ACCC guidelines.
- Initiate outbound client calls to welcome new clients (15 day).
- Contact clients that have been enrolled in the program for 4 months and follow up on any issues.
- Follow up on outstanding proposals that have not been accepted; Contact clients that have missing documentation.
- Contact creditors relative to clients needs.
- Performs special projects and other duties, as needed.

The successful candidate for this position MUST:
-Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrate solid time management
-Have a strong focus on detail
-Possess a sense of urgency in resolving customer concerns
-Possess accurate and timely follow-through skills
-Be experienced with MS Office
-Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED; college degree preferred
-1+ years of phone based customer service experience in an office setting required
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
