Full-Time Opportunities:
Client Services Representative
Hours: 12pm-8pm Monday through Thursday, 10am-6pm Fridays
General Duties:
As an ACCC Client Services Representative, you will:
- Respond to incoming client and creditor calls;
- Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner;
- Manage outstanding issues until resolved;
- Maintain client confidentiality.
The successful candidate for this position MUST:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrate solid time management;
- Have a strong focus on detail;
- Possess a sense of urgency in resolving customer concerns;
- Possess accurate and timely follow-through skills;
- Be experienced with MS Office;
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- H.S. diploma or GED required; College degree is a plus
- Customer service experience required
- Experience in a financial industry is a plus

Credit Counselor
Hours: 9am-5pm, with some flexibility
General Duties:
This is an exciting opportunity to help people manage their money, use credit wisely, save for the future and learn about the credit counseling industry.
Our Credit Counselors develop financial plans for clients in financial difficulties using budgeting, sound debt management strategies, and financial education principles. Training will be provided for a mandatory financial certification.
Successful candidates will have:
- High school diploma/ G.E.D.; some college, AA or BA in finance or counseling, a plus, and/or
- Related work experience-banking, finance, credit counseling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good decision making and analytical skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
