Thank you so much for your generous donation to us this past year. We are all excited about the partnership ACCC will be doing with us to help teach students about financial literacy. We look forward to the courses starting in January. Thanks again.
I just wanted to thank you again for your time in presenting several lessons from the FDIC Financial Education Curriculum to the refugee and asylee clients attending our Comprehensive Refugee Employment Services Program. The topics are of great importance to our clients. We have too often seen clients make poor financial decisions because they are unaware and uneducated about such issues as credit scores, interest rates, etc. We hope that the information they received during the last four sessions will help them to be better consumers and will help them to make conscientious financial decisions in the future.
Thank you for coming to speak with us today at our Lunch and Learn. We really enjoyed hearing your presentation and found it very interesting and informative. Also, thank you for your attention in answering everyone’s questions and concerns throughout the presentation. We look forward to working with you in the future.
Thank you so much for coming to teach our students about budget and credit. They really enjoyed the seminar, and could probably use a few more! What all of you at ACCC do is wonderful, and it is great to partner with someone who makes it so easy! We very much look forward to having you in Lawrence again!
Thank you for coming to CareerWorks to facilitate “Understanding your Credit Report.” The clients who attended rated the workshop as excellent. They said the most useful part was being able to ask you questions and learn about what’s good for their credit. Thanks again.
On behalf of myself and the students in the Life Shills/Consumer Education Program at the Essex County Correctional Facility, I would like to thank ACCC for sharing your expertise regarding consumer credit. Your presentation on October 25, 2007 provided the men with very valuable information, and the feedback from the men was quite positive. Dealing with poor credit is an issue the majority of these men face when returning to society, but the information you gave them made them less anxious and more confident addressing this issue. Sheriff Cousins strongly endorses the philosophy of rehabilitation for the inmates who are entrusted to his care here at the Essex County Correctional Facility. We are grateful to organizations such as American Consumer Credit Counseling for their support in this effort.
I would like to thank ACCC for coming out to Quincy Community Action Programs to present the workshop on budgeting and credit to our IDA participants. There was a great response from the participants and we would love to have you back again. We really appreciate ACCC providing these workshops to the community. Thanks again for your time, and I look forward to working with you more in the future.
Thank you very much for presenting the Budget and Credit workshop to the Individual Development Account (IDA) program participants. This is a critical topic, as evidenced by 100% attendance at last night’s meeting. Credit is such an enormous piece of people’s lives these days and your wonderful presentations empower individuals to assess and repair or maintain their credit.
Thank you for being a part of our ongoing efforts to educate low income families on how to become more self-sufficient and build assets to further their economic security.
The Family Literacy Program would like to thank you for providing an extremely informative workshop for the parents at the Adult Learning Center.

Thank you for presenting the workshop the Partners in Career and Workforce Developments pre-employment program class. The class enjoyed your presentation on financial literacy.
We want to thank ACCC for the informative workshop that was presented. The program was set up in such a way that everyone could easily follow along. Questions were addressed and the handouts were excellent. Although we have “preached” many opf these ideas this presentation really covered a wide range of issues. Everyone who attended left with new information. It is disheartening to hear stories of persons who have been victims of identity theft, but the positive aspect of this is that it makes us more vigilant about protecting our personal information.
We hope to encourage ACCC in future programs.
Thank you for conducting a program at Wellesley College. The employees that attended were extremely pleased with the content of the workshop. We look forward to offering other programs with you in the future.
Thank you for presenting your workshop on budgeting and consumer credit. Several commented that they enjoyed your open question session at the end of the presentation. Your comments were well received. I look forward with working with you and your expertise again.

Thank you very much for coming to Merchants Automotive Group. Our employees thoroughly enjoyed the seminar and gained a lot of knowledge and tips o how to make changes in the way they manage their monthly expenses. In addition, the employees received a great deal of knowledge on how credit is reviewed by potential lenders and what they can do to improve upon their credit. Thank you again for your time and we look forward to seeing you in the future.
The Independent Living Center of the North Shore and Cape Ann, Inc. is very appreciative of your presentation on October 22 and 24 2007 regarding “Repairing your Credit” at Beverly Cooperative Bank Community Room. We also want to thank you for sending the requested materials. They will be very helpful.

Thank you so much for providing our employees with great information concerning how they can best handle their personal finances. The three one hour sessions that you led on June 12 were met with very positive responses from the participants. The main comment was that your information was extremely helpful. We look forward to your coming again to work with our employees.
Thank you for the presentation you conducted yesterday to nearly 50 of the inmates here at the Lawrence Correctional Alternative Center. Your presentation was informative and the feedback from the staff and inmate population has been positive. We are grateful for any educational opportunities made available to the offenders that will aid in their regeneration to our communities. Your workshop provided such education.
Thank you for presenting the identity theft and budget training for the employees of the client companies of LifeWatch EAP. The training you presented was very positively received by those who attended. The packets of information look to be especially helpful.
The feedback of the students has been helpful and educational. This will become a very important part of our Career Transition program for years to come.
We wish to thank you for your presentation. We are pleased with the turn out and are confident that your seminar will have a positive impact on the financial well being of our seniors. We repeatedly underscore the importance of protecting personal identity. It was a privilege to have you speak at our center, in order to assist in the learning process. Thank you again.
On behalf of everyone at DotWell, it is our pleasure to thank you and everyone at ACCC for your generous grant of $2500 towards our Civic Health Financial Literacy Programs. This funding allows us to pay stipends for our Tax Education classes that we host with high school students and other young adults in the fall. We are extremely grateful to ACCC not only for your generous grant, but also for the partnership that ACCC extends to DotWell and our community by sending staff here to conduct free individual credit counseling and debt management programs. Thank you again for your generous commitment, without partnership like yours, the work we do would not be possible.
I wanted to thank you for your presentation on consumer credit and identity fraud today in my two finance classes at Thompson College. The response from the students was very encouraging. I will also be requiring the students to answer some questions regarding your presentation on their next exam. I’ll probably take the questions directly from your power point outline that I’ll make available to them. Again, I appreciate you taking time to share your thoughts with the classes. I feel it was very successful and hope we can do it again.
Our sincere appreciation to you, once again, for your excellent presentation Money Management for our Transition students today. Your power point presentation makes it extremely clear and makes it easy to follow along. We appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and I certainly thank you for your patients in answering them. You reinforced most of the information that we have covered thus far during the fall semester. Our students learn well with repetition and having another person stress the importance of money management will serve them well.
I want to thank you for your most informative presentation on consumer credit, to my Consumer Economics Class. I received some nice feedback from my students, some of who said that they will use this information when thinking about applying for credit cards. I really appreciate your taking the time out of a busy workday to provide us with this special class. Hope to work with your agency again in subsequent semesters.
Yesterday evening we were very please to welcome Matt Paradise of American Consumer Credit Counseling to our program for a presentation on Budgeting and Credit. We are a non-profit agency working with youth ages 18-22 in transitional housing. Financial concerns are at the top our list of skills our residents are working on. Matt spent a little over an hour addressing our youth, presenting them with materials and answering questions. The presentation was very well planned and executed. It was geared toward the needs of the youth of our program and was very appreciated!
I’d like to thank you for coming out to Quincy Community Action Programs to present the workshop on Identity Theft. Thank you very much for your participation in the credit training for Accept the Challenge Group. Your presentation was fantastic and all of the students were very engaged and receptive. Thank you again for your time and helping these students learn the importance of credit.
On behalf of Valley Works Career Center and the participants of the Professional Networking Group, I would like to extend our appreciation for the informative and delightful presentation you provided on Wednesday March 7, 2007 in our Lawrence office.
The group enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about how important it is to know about when and how to borrow in your MoneySmart: Borrowing Basics program. Several members of the group shared positive feedback on the presentation. I am confident the audience took value from your message.
Thank you for taking time from your schedule to speak to our group. Both your knowledge and your to the point examples, along with your interactive Borrowing Basics Participant Guide will help keep your topic fresh in our job seeker’s minds. You provided an opportunity for each person to participate and you were very generous with your time, allowing the group to ask many questions.
I can't tell you enough what a great job you have done at our trainings. I think our volunteers feel confident going into the sites that they'll be effective Credit Advisors. It seems that we've been able to retain a vast majority of our volunteers from the two trainings, and I think them feeling like they've acquired a good base of knowledge is one important reason. If they felt overwhelmed, they'd have dropped out.
Thanks again for putting in the late nights for us. You've been awesome.
Thank You for speaking at our monthly Lunch & Learn session on January 3, 2007. Your presentation on Identity Theft was very well received by our employees. The information covered and advice you offered was extremely helpful to those in attendance.
Thank you again for taking the time to present at our session. We look forward to working with you again soon.
On Behalf of myself and the students in the Life Skills Program at the Essex County Correctional Facility, I would like to thank you for sharing your expertise regarding consumer credit. Your presentation on November 30, 2006 provided the men with very valuable information and the feedback from the men was definitely positive.
For some you validated information they already had others found the information on how to repair poor credit very helpful. Dealing with poor credit is an issue the majority of these men face when returning to society but your presentation has given them the tools they need to handle the situation.
Bob, not only did you give these men useful information but you also conveyed the message that there are organizations in the outside community, such as American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc., who find them worthwhile and therefore are willing to donate the time and expertise of their staff.
Sheriff Cousins strongly endorses the philosophy of rehabilitation for the inmates who are entrusted to his care here at the Essex County Correctional Facility. This institution strives to provide the inmates with the tools they need so that upon release they will be an asset to society. We are grateful to organizations such as the American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc. for their support in this effort.
Thank you for coming to our program to give the workshop "Managing Your Family's Finances". We did receive some very positive feedback. One of the attendees was actually asked to come and provide childcare for parents who attended the workshop. She was told that she could leave because there were no children to care for. However, she was so interested in the information that she stayed for the entire workshop.
The kind of information your organization provides is very valuable. We will certainly recommend you to other organizations for these workshops.
Thank you again.
Please convey the thanks of the Board of directors of the Lynn Business Education Foundation to your Board for their contribution made to us. First, the monetary grant of $2500; Second, your participants with me in your presentation in the schools; and Third, to Kevin Weeks for his talk at the annual meeting. We look forward to continue working with you as we look to expand the schools receiving your program. Again, Thanks.
I am writing to thank you for taking time to present to our Adult Learning Center students and staff on January 18th. All participants found the information very valuable. Students reported that they appreciated all of the information and handouts provided. The instructors intend to follow up with dedicated lessons on budgeting.
Again, thank you for your time and expertise on the important topic of credit.
The Family Literacy would like to thank you for providing an extremely informative workshop for the parents at the Adult Learning Center on January 10, 2007. The workshop provided some practical and effective ideas for our parents to implement in their homes. Parenting skills is an essential component of our Family Literacy Program. It was a wonderful opportunity for our parents to attend such a quality workshop.
The Adult Learning Center provides classes in Adult Basic Education, GED preparation classes and ESOL classes as well as Parenting Skills Workshops. The parents of the center are a very hardworking and determined group of individuals. They are constantly striving to improve their academic status and thus stop the cycle of underachievement that is prevalent in lower economic communities. The family Literacy Program believes improving knowledge of family finance and budgeting is also a key component to a family's overall success.
Mr. Currier was an excellent facilitator, identifying with the parents and their needs and able to elicit class participation.
We are grateful to American Consumer Credit Counseling for providing this much-needed service. The Adult Learning Center looks forward to inviting The Adult Learning Center looks forward to inviting The Credit Counseling Professionals to the center again.
