Oregon residents can call and receive free credit counseling, budgeting advice, and free financial education materials and guidance. There is no obligation to the credit counseling or budget consultation. Sessions are completely free of charge and callers are under no obligation. Callers will be presented with solutions to solve their debt problems and a counselor will help you create a workable budget.

We also offer a debt management plan to qualified individuals.
