Manager, Human Resources

Gretchen Bennett has been with ACCC since 2007 and serves as ACCC's Manager of Human Resources. Ms. Bennett is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including: recruiting, employee relations, benefits, performance evaluation and management, record keeping of all personnel data, maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures, and providing confidential advice to employees and management for problem-solving in the workplace.

Prior to ACCC, Ms. Bennett worked as the Human Resource and Communication Specialist for a private consulting firm in upstate New York. There, she was responsible for Human Resources, Event Coordination, Evaluation Feedback, and Internal Communications.

Ms. Bennett holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Ms. Bennett also maintains certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and as a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC).
