Jaclyn Tarallo has been with ACCC since 2010 and serves as ACCC's Manager of Human Resources. Ms. Tarallo is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including: recruiting, employee relations, benefits, performance evaluation and management, record keeping of all personnel data, maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures, and providing confidential advice to employees and management for problem-solving in the workplace.
Prior to ACCC, Ms. Tarallo worked as the Human Resources Generalist for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. There, she was responsible for Employee/Labor Relations, Recruitment & Retention, Training, Event Coordination, and Employee Programs & Perks.
Ms. Tarallo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts and is also certified as a Trainer for Management Development.
