Tracey Macomber has been with ACCC since 2001 and serves as the Director of Quality Assurance. Ms. Macomber is responsible for maintaining ACCC's ISO 9001:2000 certification, which includes the coordination, and management of all quality assurance related activities to ensure that accreditation standards are met. In addition to this, Ms. Macomber tracks and reports program outcomes and compliance through quality management systems to ensure fulfillment of client and regulatory requirements.
Ms. Macomber is responsible for the Code of Practice issued by the Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA), a nationally recognized trade association. Ms. Macomber is responsible for overseeing and executing ACCC's "best practices" guidelines and administers industry standards for quality service and fair practice.
Ms. Macomber has more than 11 years of managerial experience working in the non-profit arena.
