The counselors I spoke to were very helpful in figuring out a payment plan and working with credit card companies on my behalf to lower interest rates, which were very high. Whenever I have questions, counselors are able to help and reply in a timely manner.
I have found that after the first few months, you have met all of your obligations to me in full, and I am very happy with my new interest rates. I am glad to have your debt management literature because new information and understanding of past behavior is key to future progress.
