I don't recall my agents name that I spoke with on the phone, he had an accent so I did not catch his name. However, I thought he was very understanding knowledgeable, and extremely sincere. I had a great experience with the agent on the phone and feel confident that your services will end my struggle to pay off my debt once and for all. Even though 5 years seems like a long time, it was 6 years ago that I began trying to pay the debt off and have since been unsuccessful.
