I was treated with compassion and respect. I was so glad an office was in my state. Now I have moved, but would still recommend ACCC. I do know that having the opportunity to go into an office and talk face-to-face with an ACCC rep, made it A LOT easier to decide on this type of service. I feel I was VERY lucky for that. Getting my finances together with one of your counselors was a very (long) positive experience for me. Thank you.

I never thought I would be anywhere near getting down my credit card debt, it was overwhelming. After becoming a member of ACCC, I have a handle on the debt and I am seeing the principle go down each month. It feels amazing to finally feel like I have control of my finances again and I can actually see an end to my debt!! Everyone I have spoken with over the past, almost 2yrs, has been very knowledgeable and helpful, especially when first applying to the program. It was a tense process, but the debt counselors helped ease the stress by being friendly and treating me with respect. I can honestly say it was the best thing I could of done to help secure a better financial future for myself.

I ended up calling back and talking to Rafael and setting up a "verbal authorization" because of the computer/fax challenges my father has. And he was very kind also.
