Your services worked perfectly for me. I don't remember how I found ACCC, but I think people should know what you do. I am grateful for non-profits like ACCC existing and after years of revolving and increasing debt on 2 credit cards that I had used during graduate school, I am only 2 or 3 months away from being completely credit card debt free. I worked with Paul L. and had a ton of questions. He was very helpful and patient with me. Answered EVERY question I had, and was very kind about it. Even when I felt it was a stupid question, he made me feel like it was ok. At the end he even gave me his extension so if I have any further questions I could call him directly. With customer service reps like Paul, I would highly recommend your company to anyone I knew who could use it. And I know that he will be the rep I will be calling. He was so patient and kind. He made this rough time for my family and I seem so much easier.
