I drove to Newton, even though they told me it could be done over the phone, and was given a presentation [based on] the specific account information I provided. ACCC showed me how their ability to lower my interest rates allowed me to pay off all nine accounts in four years. ACCC has followed through on all promises made to me. I have paid off most of the accounts. As of this month (October 2009), I am two years through the four year program and my debt is half of what I owed when I began. The important things (e.g. lowering my interest rates and making the payments on time and in the proper amount) ACCC has [handled] 24 times without a mistake. I am very satisfied with ACCC's service, and the quality of the information they've provided me.
