BOSTON, MA American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC), a national nonprofit leader in credit counseling and debt management, is proud to announce a new partnership with U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC), a nationwide network dedicated to the economic empowerment and advancement of Black-owned businesses and communities.
This collaboration will be highlighted during the 2025 USBC National Conference, held July 16–18 in Washington, D.C., where ACCC will participate as part of the event’s broader focus on entrepreneurship, financial resiliency, and small business growth. The conference brings together policymakers, business leaders, and community organizations to drive meaningful economic impact for Black Americans.
“Economic equity begins with access to resources, to guidance, and a trusted path forward,” said Roxie Overaker, Account Manager of Partner Engagement & Financial Literacy at ACCC. “We’re honored to attend the USBC National Conference and work alongside their team to deliver tangible financial solutions to individuals and small business owners striving for long-term stability.”
Through this new partnership, USBC will connect its members, including entrepreneurs and solopreneurs, with ACCC’s consumer debt services, including its nationally recognized Debt Management Program (DMP). This program helps clients consolidate and repay unsecured debt through structured plans and reduced interest rates.
In addition, ACCC will lead monthly virtual financial literacy workshops tailored to USBC’s member base, covering topics such as debt reduction, personal credit building, budgeting for business owners, and long-term financial planning. These sessions will empower both individuals and entrepreneurs to make informed financial decisions, supporting personal well-being and business viability alike.
ACCC and USBC will continue to explore deeper collaboration and in-person engagement at future events.
