3 Healthy Snack Recipes for Cheap

Apple “Cookies”

This healthy snack will both fill you up and satisfy your craving for sweets. Take an apple and cut it into slices from top to bottom. remove the core and seeds. Then, spread peanut butter (or almond butter, etc.) across each slice. Then, add your favorite toppings. We recommend chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, coconut flakes, or something else of your choosing. They should be ready in under 5 minutes; No baking required!

Chocolate Dipped Bananas

This healthy snack is really simple to make, too. You simply take a banana and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Then, add some peanut butter to the ends and make a little banana-peanut butter sandwich. Next, take melted dark chocolate and coat half of the banana in the chocolate. All done! If you want, you can also freeze this snack.

Roasted Chickpeas

Take your chickpeas and roast them on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes. If you’re using canned chickpeas, make sure to dry them with a towel. Lightly add some olive oil (not too much! We don’t want to drown them). When you have just enough olive oil to coat the peas, mix the chickpeas in your favorite spices.
